AI Skill Listing Preflight — Pre-Submission Check

Run it on your own AI skill before you submit it to a marketplace. Paste your SKILL.md, title, description, examples, price and ZIP file list, and get a report sorted by what to fix first: known rejection causes, mismatches between the listing and the package, and what could not be checked. Each finding names its source and a concrete fix. It reduces avoidable rejection causes; it does not guarantee approval.

First reply — a skill that opens with questions and produces nothing can fail a reviewer's test run
Examples vs output — listed examples that don't match what the skill actually produces
Files — docs that point to files missing from the ZIP, internal working files, unfinished content
Frontmatter — name and description limits for the Agent Skills format
Title and fields — PromptBase's 40-character title and removed symbols, Capafy's field limits
Promises — "passes review", income claims, other outcomes the skill cannot keep
Pricing wording — tier names on a one-price listing
Buyer docs — another store's name in install steps, unfinished support lines
Pasted material — secrets (never quoted back) and instructions aimed at the checker

How the report is organized

Fix before you submit → Fix to avoid buyer confusion → Polish → Not checked → Checked with no findings → Rule freshness. Every finding says where, what, why (tagged [official], [field record], [third-party report], or [preflight check]) and a short fix.

Built from real rejections

The [field record] rules come from the seller's own submissions in September 2026, written up in references/rejection-cases.md. Every rule's source and check date is in references/platform-rules.md.
