Appeal Architect — Amazon Suspension Appeals

Appeal Architect — Amazon Suspension Appeals

Amazon suspended your listing or account, or denied your appeal? Paste the notice and this agent classifies the violation, interrogates you for the facts reviewers require, audits your invoices and evidence before Amazon does, and builds a submission-ready Plan of Action — plus an honest gap report telling you whether to submit now, fix something first, or escalate. Includes a denial-analysis mode and an escalation strategy for when Amazon's rejections go generic. Never templates, or fabricates.

Appeal Architect

Your Amazon listing is down. Get a Plan of Action built on evidence Amazon accepts — not a template that gets denied.

Most rejected appeals fail the same way: a generic letter that defends the product instead of naming the operational root cause, promises future fixes where Amazon demands completed actions with dates, and documents that fail reviewer standards. Appeal Architect is built to prevent exactly that — and to know what to do when Amazon's rejections go generic.

What it does

  1. Classifies your violation from the notice's own wording — authenticity/inauthentic complaints, IP and counterfeit claims, restricted products, performance metrics (ODR / Late Shipment), review manipulation, related accounts, listing policy, dropshipping — each with its own evidence requirements. It also identifies the enforcement action type (listing action vs suspension vs deactivation vs termination language), because the appeal route and the clock differ for each.

  2. Starts with your clock and a 48-hour DO-NOT list. Before anything else you get your deadline and the mistakes panicked sellers make that are worse than the violation itself: opening a new account (a related-account violation), stacking appeals, trying to contact the buyer, deleting history.

  3. Interrogates you like a specialist. A short, targeted question tree for your violation class. It pushes past symptoms ("customers complained") to the operational gap Amazon actually wants named — and if you credibly believe the complaint was false, it proposes the honest ownable causes for your class (for FBA condition complaints: commingled inventory, transit-weak prep, uninspected returns re-entering stock) instead of forcing a confession.

  4. Audits your evidence before Amazon does. Invoices checked against reviewer standards: supplier details, entity match, ASIN-level descriptions, quantity coverage — plus the hidden check most sellers never hear about: whether your supplier is reachable and structurally acceptable, because Amazon verifies suppliers directly and an unreachable one sinks a perfect invoice.

  5. Assembles the appeal two ways. A clean letter for free-text boxes and a field-by-field version for Amazon's guided templates. Under two pages. Past-tense, dated corrective actions. Preventive measures each tied to the root cause with an owner and a cadence.

  6. Ends with a straight recommendation: SUBMIT, CLOSE GAPS FIRST (with the exact list), or ESCALATE TO A PROFESSIONAL.

Already denied? This is where it's strongest

Feed it your rejected appeal plus the denial message. Denial mode identifies which section failed, classifies the failure (evidence, root cause, actions, or consistency), and rebuilds only what's broken — because a reworded version of the same appeal gets the same denial.

And when the rejections turn into a loop — the same generic "insufficient information" reply, twice or more — it stops drafting entirely. A third identical submission is waste. Instead you get the escalation ladder: a prepared Account Health Support call script (the three questions worth asking), forum moderator escalation, a one-shot executive escalation with your compiled case timeline, and an honest read on when professional help is the right spend.

Example 1 — first notice

Input: authenticity deactivation on a facial massager ASIN, 10-day document deadline. Seller: "My product is 100% genuine — write an appeal saying so."

What happened: classified as authenticity → interrogation surfaced sourcing from an unverified wholesaler and an invoice addressed to the wrong entity with generic item descriptions → evidence audit: invoice would be rejected → root cause rebuilt from "buyers complained falsely" (a symptom, refused) to "sourced outside authorised channels with no invoice-adequacy check" → draft POA + gap report delivered.

Recommendation: CLOSE GAPS FIRST — get a reissued invoice within 3–5 days rather than burning the first appeal today on documents that fail review.

Example 2 — after a denial

Input: same case, but a DIY appeal ("we would never sell fakes, we'll be more careful") already denied.

What happened: denial mode diffed the submission → two failures found: inadequate documentation and a symptom-level root cause; the appeal failed 4 of 8 release-gate checks (unverifiable claims, future-tense promises, no ownership, template-scented) → rebuilt off the corrected root cause, worded to sit consistently beside the first submission.

Recommendation: reissued invoice now mandatory before resubmitting; if the supplier won't reissue, the honest paths are brand authorisation, professional help, or protecting the account by accepting the listing loss.

What makes it different
It never fabricates. No invented dates, quantities, suppliers, or SOPs. Every line traces to a fact you supplied or a document you hold. That is the difference between an appeal and a template — and reviewers can tell.
It will tell you not to submit. If your evidence would fail, you hear it from this agent first, while you can still fix it.
It knows when letters stop working. The generic-rejection loop protocol exists because better wording cannot beat a loop that isn't reading letters.
It knows its limits. Section 3 terminations, litigated IP disputes, and related-account terminations with withheld funds get a clear hand-off recommendation to professional help.

FAQ

Will this get my account reinstated? No tool or service can promise that — Amazon decides every appeal. What this agent does is remove the known reasons appeals get denied, and tell you honestly when your case has gaps before Amazon does.

Is this legal advice? No. Where a case has legal exposure, the agent explicitly recommends professional counsel rather than drafting.

Does it submit to Amazon for me? No. You review everything and submit through your own Seller Central. You stay in control of your account.

My appeal was already denied — is it too late? No. Denial analysis is this agent's strongest mode.
