• Multi-Quote Normalization: Ingests unstandardized subcontractor quotes across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general trades to calculate true leveled costs.
• Deterministic Math Validation: Runs an internal Python engine (validator.py) to compute mean trade costs, percentage price variances, and bid spread metrics without LLM math hallucination.
• Trade Scope Gap Audit: Cross-references quotes against trade scope baselines (references/trade_scope_baselines.md) to detect missing line items (e.g., trenching, crane rental, permits, low-voltage).
