Clip + Subtitle Delivery Pack

Turn one source video, an existing SRT subtitle file, and a clip list into a ready-to-deliver batch of video clips and matching subtitles.

Clip + Subtitle Delivery Pack automates the repetitive delivery work that starts after you've already selected the moments you want to export.

For every selected segment, it creates:

• A separate MP4 video clip
• A matching SRT subtitle file with timestamps retimed for that clip
• A machine-readable delivery manifest
• A human-readable delivery report

Instead of manually cutting every segment, trimming its subtitles, resetting subtitle timestamps, naming files, and checking which exports succeeded, the workflow can be processed as one batch.

Built-in validation and failure reporting help prevent incomplete exports from being reported as successful.

Requirements:
• Python 3.12
• FFmpeg and FFprobe

• Does not generate or transcribe subtitles
