Expo Feature Scope Cutter
Expo Feature Scope Cutter classifies every proposed feature as Build now, Build later, or Do not build yet. It evaluates relative implementation cost, validation value, dependencies, Expo constraints, and ongoing operational burden—not UI effort alone. The output preserves a coherent end-to-end user flow, makes exclusions explicit, and suggests the smallest useful version of oversized features.
Within the Expo AI Coding Toolkit, this skill prioritizes a supplied feature list; it does not assess the full idea's technical feasibility or write the finished MVP specification. It is designed for Android-first Expo and React Native MVP planning, indie development, and AI-assisted coding. The classification is a planning hypothesis, not proof of market demand or future product success.
