Hook 手术刀是一个 Agent Skill，专修短视频前 3–6 秒：贴上你的开场，按固定流程给出打分、改写和可直接开拍的分镜。只出文字方案，不生成视频。
你发什么（3 选 1）
- 现有 0–6 秒开场口播（最好附一句画面描述）
- 选题 + 品类（还没有开场就写「从零写」）
- 完播 / 跳出的大概情况（用你自己的话描述即可）
你拿到什么
- 7 维诊断表：首帧停滑力、好奇缺口、具体性、模式打断、产品相关度、CTA 清晰度、反陈词滥调；每维 0–2 分并写明理由，总分 /14，点出致命问题
- 3–5 版 A/B 开场：每版标明用的是哪种钩子机制（翻车对比、禁止清单、数字冲击、人群点名、结果先行等），并标出主推版
- 0–6 秒可拍口播 + 分镜：时间轴、景别、字幕、道具、拍摄清单
- 验证清单：假设、不确定的地方、必须人工核对的数字、功效宣称、价格与平台规则
前后对比示例（虚构输入，仅展示格式）
- Before：「大家好，今天给大家分享一款超好用的粉底，真的绝绝子，宝子们冲！」→ 2/14 · 推翻重做。致命问题：招呼型开场加套话，没有停滑点，也没有好奇缺口。
- After（翻车对比）：0–1s 脱妆斑驳特写 + 字幕「35℃通勤后」→ 1–3s 口播「不是你不会拍——是你的底妆在怕热。」→ 3–6s 薄涂控油对照入画，再接上妆步骤和黄车。
这不是什么
不生成、不剪辑视频成片；不做 Seedance、不换脸；不承诺爆款、完播或 GMV；不代写医疗功效、减肥塑形、理财收益类宣称；不编造数据、评价或案例结果。

Hook Scalpel is an Agent Skill that diagnoses the first 3–6 seconds of a short video and rewrites them into openings you can film: the spoken line, on-screen text, and shot-by-shot camera prompts. Text only, no video rendering.
Built for English TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts creators: educators, storytellers and vloggers, coaches and personal brands, lifestyle, fitness and how-to, founders and developers building in public, and product sellers.

Before / after (illustrative input)
- Before: "Hey guys, welcome back. So today I'm going to show you how I'm building my Telegram Mini App using Cursor and Claude…" → 2/14 · Rebuild. Fatal issue: a greeting over a static shot, with the real story buried.
- After (bug post-mortem): 0–1 s phone close-up of the error, text "DAY 12: EVERY LOGIN FAILED" → 1–3 s face-cam: "Every single login to my Telegram app failed for three hours." → 3–6 s zoomed diff: "The fix was one line, and it wasn't the one my AI suggested."
What this is not
Not a video generator or editor. No face swaps or voice clones. No promised views, followers or sales. It never invents stats, results or testimonials, and it flags health, body before/after, income and ad-policy claims instead of writing them.

不会，只输出文字方案。No: text only (diagnosis, lines, voiceover, shot prompts).

用哪个版本？ Which edition should I use?
中文视频（抖音、带货）用 hook-scalpel-zh；英文 TikTok / Reels / Shorts 用 hook-scalpel-en。Chinese videos: zh. English videos: en.
能保证涨播放或卖货吗？ Will it guarantee views or sales?
不能。它给的是可验证的结构建议。No. It gives testable structure, not promises.
只适合带货吗？ Is it only for sellers?
中文版以电商带货为主；英文版覆盖教育、剧情 / Vlog、个人品牌、生活方式、独立开发者等。The English edition is built for all creator types, not just sellers.
