Script Quality Guard

Compliance-first script drafting for podcasts, YouTube, and live broadcast.

The problem

AI writes scripts fast. But "fast" means: timing not checked, sponsor names recalled from memory, host voice that drifted three turns ago, and no stage directions for the production team. This skill catches all of it before the script leaves the agent.

8 documented failure patterns

ID Pattern Consequence
SQ01 Timing unverified 3-min script reads at 4:10 on air
SQ02 Compliance terms unchecked Prohibited phrase goes to air
SQ03 Brand name from memory Wrong product name in live read
SQ04 Host voice drifts across turns Inconsistent character on air
SQ05 Every opener has the same structure Audience notices the formula
SQ06 Three variants are structurally identical No real creative options
SQ07 Stage directions omitted Production team improvises cues
SQ08 Guest/music info from model memory Outdated information on air

What it checks

  • Timing — word count ÷ 140 × 60 = estimated seconds. Delta must be within ±15s.
  • Compliance — potentially problematic terms, health/legal/financial claims, superlatives.
  • Brands — exact official name from brief or live web source (never from memory).
  • Host voice — pulls one example from prior episodes, checks register/vocabulary/catchphrases.
  • Structure diversity — checks last 2–3 segments for repeated opening patterns.
  • Stage directions — verifies cues exist at show open, transitions, sponsor breaks, and close.
  • Fact verification — tags any time-sensitive claim for producer confirmation.
