How it works
Provide elapsed changeover time plus the start, end and internal/external classification of each step. The agent structures the records, runs the bundled renderer and returns the report files with prioritized next experiments. Proposed improvements are labelled separately from observed outcomes.

Scope and requirements
Download package, not a hosted app. Python 3.9+, Pillow and a supported Chinese font are required. Charts and HTML use Chinese labels. Bundled scripts work locally without network or model API calls; your agent host may charge for its own model usage. Font files and third-party binaries are not included.
The 45-to-30-minute example is synthetic. The tool visualizes supplied classifications, not equipment safety. Parallel feasibility, sanitation, isolation and first-piece quality require site review. Optional economic estimates require complete inputs and are not guaranteed savings.
