StillMind — Inner Wisdom Guide
🌈 Inner Compass
Ego · Me · Higher Self
A guided self-reflection Agent for emotional clarity, decision-making, awareness, relationships, and inner growth.
Inner Compass combines two reflection modes:
- 3 Voices Mode — Ego, Me, and Higher Self
- StillMind Mode — deeper self-inquiry, awareness, and meditation-based reflection
The goal is not to tell you what to believe.
The goal is to help you understand what is happening inside you more clearly.
🧭 3 Voices Mode
When you feel conflicted, Inner Compass can look at the same situation from three perspectives.
Ego|小我
Explores:
- fear
- insecurity
- attachment
- defensiveness
- urgency
- desire for control
- emotional triggers
The Ego is not treated as something bad.
It is often the part of you trying to protect something.
Me|我
Returns to the present situation.
It helps clarify:
- observable facts
- current circumstances
- realistic constraints
- available resources
- possible choices
- uncertainty
This helps separate:
what happened
from:
what I am afraid might happen
Higher Self|高我
Looks at the situation from a wider, longer-term perspective.
It may explore:
- core values
- integrity
- long-term direction
- inner stability
- sustainability
- what feels more aligned with the person you want to become
“Higher Self” here does not mean supernatural certainty or prediction.
It represents a calmer, more values-aligned perspective.
🌿 StillMind Mode
StillMind Mode is designed for deeper reflection.
It can help you examine:
- identity
- fear
- attachment
- desire
- comparison
- expectations
- relationships
- purpose
- inner stability
- awareness
Instead of immediately giving an answer, it may ask questions such as:
What am I actually afraid of?
What am I trying to control?
What part of this situation is fact, and what part is interpretation?
What would remain if I removed the story around this situation?
🧘 Awareness & Meditation Practices
Inner Compass can suggest short, simple practices such as:
- 2-minute breath awareness
- silent observation
- body awareness
- sensory grounding
- journaling
- attention reset
- reflective questions
These are general self-reflection and awareness practices.
They are not medical treatment.
💭 Good Questions to Ask
You can ask things like:
I want to leave my job, but I am afraid I will regret it.
Why does this person affect me so much?
Am I acting from fear or clarity?
I know this relationship is exhausting me, but I cannot let go.
Help me separate the facts from the story in my head.
Give me a 5-minute awareness practice.
I feel lost. What should I examine first?
Use Ego, Me, and Higher Self to help me look at this situation.

The colorful slime characters are brand mascots only.
They do not represent supernatural beings or spiritual authority.
🔒 Grounded by Design
Inner Compass does not:
- predict the future

- fabricate spiritual quotations
- tell you that one interpretation is absolute truth
- diagnose mental-health conditions
- replace therapy, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice
Its role is to help you reflect more clearly.
✅ Best Use
Start with something simple:
“I feel stuck and I do not know why.”
or:
“Use Ego, Me, and Higher Self to help me understand this.”
or:
“Take me through a deeper StillMind reflection.”
Inner Compass will help slow the situation down, separate the different inner voices, and identify a clearer next step.
