Cold Email Sequence Builder

Turn a two-line brief into a full cold email sequence — subject lines, A/B variants, follow-up cadence, and reply triage — in the time it takes to answer three questions.

What it does

You describe the offer (industry, ICP, tone, number of touchpoints, any proof you have), and the agent asks a few clarifying questions before writing anything — no generic filler, no "I hope this email finds you well." It then produces a complete, ready-to-send sequence: subject line options scored for open-rate and spam risk, two copy variants per email for A/B testing, and a follow-up playbook for every type of reply you'll get back.

Capabilities

  • Discovery-first workflow — gathers ICP, tone, cadence, and proof points before drafting, so the output fits your actual campaign instead of a generic template.
  • Full multi-touch sequences (3–5 emails), standard cadence Day 0 → Day 3 → Day 7 (+ optional Day 14 re-engagement).
  • A/B variants for every email — Direct/Problem-focused vs. Curiosity/Story-focused, so you can test angles from Email 1.
  • 5 subject line options per email, each rated for predicted open rate and spam risk, with a note on when to use it.
  • Reply analysis — classifies incoming replies as positive / negative / neutral / referral / out-of-office, with a suggested response and next action.
  • Copywriting frameworks built in: PAS, AIDA, PPP, QVC — picked and applied per email based on the audience.
  • Bilingual — drafts in English or French out of the box (reply-intent detection works in both too).
  • 5 helper scripts for the mechanical work at scale: CSV mail-merge, A/B prospect splitting, trigger-based personalization (funding/hiring/launch/content signals), and bulk reply triage. The scripts never invent copy — that stays with the agent.

Use cases

  • SaaS or agency outbound teams building a first outreach sequence
  • Freelancers and consultants prospecting new clients
  • Growth teams testing subject line and angle variants before a bulk send
  • Anyone who wants a fast first-pass read on "is this reply a yes, a no, or a maybe?"

Sample output

Brief: "SaaS invoicing tool for e-commerce agencies in France, targeting ops/finance managers, professional tone, 3 touches, no case study yet."

FAQs

Does it write copy for me, or just fill in templates?
It writes finished copy tailored to your brief. The scripts only handle mechanical work — CSV merging, A/B prospect splitting, reply classification — they never generate the actual subject lines or body copy.

What languages does it support?
English and French are built in, including bilingual reply-intent detection. Other languages work too — just specify the target language in your brief.

Can I run this against a real prospect list?
Yes. Once the sequence copy is finalized, scripts/generate_sequence.py merges it against a CSV of prospects and splits them into A/B groups automatically. scripts/personalize.py handles one-off template merges outside a full sequence run.

How does reply handling work?
Paste a reply and get intent, confidence, a suggested response template, and next action — with entity extraction (name, referral, return date) and alternative next steps. scripts/analyze_reply.py does the same at the command line for bulk triage.

Does it use pushy sales tactics or spammy language?
No — the agent enforces a strict tone guide: no "just checking in," no "circling back," no corporate jargon, one core idea per email, written like a human.
