DesignAlign | Client Feedback & Revision Preview
DesignAlign
Stop guessing what your client means.
DesignAlign is a multilingual design feedback assistant that helps clients and designers agree on the intended changes before the revision begins.
Instead of simply summarising comments, DesignAlign identifies vague instructions, conflicting requests, missing information and possible scope changes. It then turns the confirmed feedback into a clear, actionable revision brief.
This means fewer misunderstandings, fewer unnecessary revisions and a smoother approval process.
⸻
How DesignAlign Works
- Upload the design
Add your static visual, such as a social media post, poster, presentation slide, advertisement, brand graphic or webpage mock-up. Briefly explain the project goal and target audience.
- Collect the feedback
Paste the client’s comments exactly as they were received. Feedback can be written in different supported languages—there is no need to translate it first.
- Clarify the intent
DesignAlign separates the feedback into:
- Confirmed requests
- Inferred intentions
- Points that need clarification
- Conflicting instructions
- Possible scope changes
- Elements that should remain unchanged
When a comment is unclear, DesignAlign asks focused questions instead of making silent assumptions.
- Preview the direction
Review a clear preview of the proposed revision direction before editing begins. Depending on the available tools, this may be presented as a visual concept preview or an annotated change map.
The preview explains what will change, where it will change and what the expected result should feel like.
- Confirm together
The client and designer review the same interpretation and confirm the direction before production starts.
Nothing is marked as approved until the user explicitly confirms it.
- Export the revision brief
DesignAlign creates an organised designer brief containing:
- Requested changes
- Design locations
- Priority levels
- Confirmed wording
- Visual direction
- Items to keep unchanged
- Outstanding questions
- Scope-change warnings
- Approval status
The brief can be copied and shared directly with a designer, creative team or project manager.

What Makes DesignAlign Different?
Most feedback tools only collect comments. DesignAlign focuses on creating shared understanding.
It helps prevent common problems such as:
- “Make it more premium”
- “Can you make it pop?”
- Conflicting feedback from different stakeholders
- Unclear translation between clients and designers
- New requests being added during a revision
- Clients and designers imagining different results
- Repeated revision rounds caused by misunderstandings
DesignAlign does not replace the designer. It helps the designer receive a clearer brief and helps the client understand the expected outcome before work begins.
⸻

Example
Client feedback:
“Can you make it feel more premium? The logo also looks a little small, but please do not make the layout too crowded.”
DesignAlign identifies:
- “More premium” needs clarification
- Increase the visual prominence of the logo
- Preserve sufficient spacing
- Avoid adding unnecessary elements
- Confirm the preferred premium direction before editing
Designer receives:
A structured revision brief with confirmed priorities, visual direction, protected elements and an approval record.
⸻
Current Version
DesignAlign is designed for static visual projects. Video timeline commenting and time-coded feedback are not included in this version.
For best results, upload a clear image and provide the original client comments without rewriting them first.
Align first. Design with confidence.
