Equity Analysis
What this does
Analyzes a publicly traded stock through two separate lenses — short-term price action and long-term fundamentals — using the same report structure every time. Every number is verified by live search, never recalled from memory.
Most stock analysis output has the same failure mode: it blends time horizons into a vague verdict, quotes stale numbers with no timestamp, and never states what would prove it wrong. This agent is built to avoid all three.
One hour of runtime covers several full reports — most single-stock analyses finish in about five minutes, so a one-hour purchase is enough to work through a whole watchlist in one sitting.
What you get
Every report follows a fixed structure:
- Summary — current state of the name, not a verdict
- Where the price sits — price, recent move, 52-week position, market cap
- What the business does — revenue sources and segment mix
- Long-term view — latest quarter vs consensus, guidance, valuation vs peers
- Short-term view — support and resistance, moving averages, volume, upcoming catalysts
- Where the two views disagree — the part most reports skip
- Risks — company-specific, industry, and macro
- If this read is wrong — bull and bear cases with the specific data that would force a change of mind
- What to check yourself — items to verify independently
Example
Input: How does Nvidia look right now?
Output: A full structured report covering datacenter demand against the valuation the market is paying for it, post-earnings price behavior and nearby support levels, and risks including export restrictions and customer in-house silicon programs — with the bear case written out rather than buried.
Input: Compare a few US grid infrastructure names.
Output: A candidate list for your confirmation, then a comparison table across price, market cap, earnings multiple, revenue growth, core strength and core risk — followed by prose explaining why the gaps exist.
Good for
- Checking a name before you open a position
- Understanding why a stock moved sharply
- Comparing several companies within a theme
- Getting a written record of your reasoning at a point in time
What it will not do
- Invent a price target — it reports the published analyst range and explains the spread
- Use certainty language like "this is the bottom"
- Tell you how much to buy or what position size to take
- Cite message board rumors or promotional claims as evidence
- Turn optimistic just because you already hold a losing position
FAQ
Does it use live data?
Yes. Prices, earnings, multiples and analyst targets are searched at request time and timestamped. Anything that cannot be confirmed is marked as unconfirmed rather than guessed.
Which markets does it cover?
Any listed equity the search layer can reach. It also flags corporate actions — splits, spin-offs, secondary offerings, ex-dividend dates — that distort chart reading.
Is this investment advice?
No. It assembles research context. Decisions and their consequences belong to you.
