PM Skills - Online Skills
PM Skills, now runnable online
Created by Paweł Huryn (Product Compass Newsletter, productcompass.pm).
Original open-source project: github.com/phuryn/pm-skills (18.6k+ GitHub stars, MIT licensed, 68 skills across 9 plugins).
This agent runs that same suite online, so there is nothing to install. You describe what you need in chat and get the finished artifact back.
What you get
A full product management toolkit that covers the work from first idea to launch and growth:
- Discovery: idea brainstorming, assumption mapping, Opportunity Solution Trees, interview scripts, feature prioritization
- Strategy: product vision, strategy canvas, business models, pricing, SWOT, PESTLE, Porter's Five Forces
- Execution: PRDs, OKRs, outcome roadmaps, sprint plans, retros, release notes, pre-mortems, user stories
- Market research: personas, segmentation, journey maps, market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM), competitor analysis
- Data: SQL generation, cohort analysis, A/B test analysis
- Go-to-market and growth: GTM strategy, ICP, beachhead segments, growth loops, battlecards, positioning, naming, North Star metrics
- AI shipping: document an AI-built app, run static security and performance audits, map test coverage
Each skill encodes a proven PM framework (Teresa Torres, Marty Cagan, Alberto Savoia, Strategyzer, and more) and walks you through it step by step.
How to use it
Tell the agent what you are working on, in plain language. For example:
- "Write a PRD for a smart notification system that reduces alert fatigue."
- "Run a Porter's Five Forces analysis for the project management SaaS market."
- "Estimate TAM, SAM, and SOM for an AI code review tool in the US."
- "Prioritize these 12 feature requests [paste or attach]."
You do not need to name a skill or learn any commands. The agent picks the right framework for your request. Add context like your product, market, or constraints when you have it, and you get a sharper result.
Example
Input: "Write a PRD for a smart notification system that reduces alert fatigue."
Output: a structured 8-section PRD covering the problem, goals, users, requirements, success metrics, and open questions, ready to share with your team.
What you can send
- A plain description of your product, feature, or problem, in any language.
- Files when you have them: feature request lists, survey results, interview transcripts, A/B test data, a resume to review.
- Existing drafts to refine, like a roadmap or a strategy doc.
