A resume review agent that scores, diagnoses, and rewrites resumes from a recruiter’s perspective using STAR/BAR frameworks.
Turn the resume you already have into a version built for the job you want. Paste your resume and the job post, and Resume Polisher reads the job post’s requirements, finds where your experience fits, spots weak or missing alignment, rewrites bullets to foreground the most relevant proof, reshapes skills around the posting’s language, and prepares a polished PDF, Word, or HTML version for that application. Run it again for every job so each resume feels targeted, not generic.
Super Resume is a complete AI-powered resume customization workflow. Paste a job posting, supply your resume and portfolio, and the system runs a multi-phase gate process: parsing the input, analyzing job-fit gaps, crafting a content strategy, rewriting each section, generating STAR-format project experiences, reviewing quality, designing the layout, and exporting a print-ready PDF. Built for job seekers who want tailored, high-impact applications without starting from scratch.
This skill combines ATS optimization frameworks, recruiter review methodologies, resume scoring techniques, keyword matching, job-description analysis, and interview preparation workflows. It helps job seekers identify weaknesses, improve ATS compatibility, close skill gaps, optimize resumes for specific roles, and prepare for interviews using practical, recruiter-focused recommendations and structured career improvement plans.
Resume Polishing Agent — ATS-Optimized with Diagnostic Scoring - Build a skill that takes a resume, scores it against ATS algorithms, rewrites for impact, and returns a polished PDF-ready version.
Your experience is real, but the resume keeps reading flat and getting filtered out before a human sees it. Paste your old CV, a LinkedIn dump, or rough notes — and get back a finished, ATS-friendly resume: a targeted summary, quantified achievement bullets, a grouped skills section, and clean parser-safe formatting. Add a job description and it tailors to that exact role. Built for job seekers, career switchers, and anyone who needs to apply today, not next week.
This is the work I did for 10+ years. As a senior HR at top companies, I screened 10,000+ resumes and decided who made the shortlist — learning to tell real signal from keyword-stuffing, spot who'll actually perform, and stay consistent instead of going on gut. This Skill puts that same judgment to work on your hiring: it reads each resume against your role, ranks candidates with clear reasons, and flags who's worth interviewing and who isn't — so you build a sharper shortlist, faster.
Pass the recruiter sniff test. One in three hiring managers can spot an AI-written resume on sight — ResumeAce finds the AI-smell in yours (clichés, hedged verbs, template rhythm) and rewrites every line in your own specifics. Then: a scored report card, quantified STAR bullets, keyword alignment to the actual job posting, and a recruiter-searchable LinkedIn rebuild. Honest rewrites only — it never invents your experience.
Create professional, ATS-friendly resumes with AI. Build resumes from scratch, improve existing resumes, tailor them to job descriptions, optimize keywords, strengthen experience and project descriptions, and get a complete resume quality check for your next job application.
