Tender Evidence Check — IT RFP Review

English listing

Understand what an IT or web tender actually asks for, and what your agency still needs to prove. Upload the tender and company evidence to build a page-cited requirement matrix, a mandatory-evidence gap register and specific questions for the buyer.

The agent reads the documents and drafts the analysis. Bundled scripts extract text and validate exact quotes against the cited pages, input hashes and evidence-status rules. Supported/partial items require a company citation; absent proof remains visible.

You receive: a concise Markdown summary, HTML/Markdown/JSON report, CSV requirements matrix, CSV findings and buyer questions. Analysis and explanations can be in English or French while source quotations remain unchanged.

Supported documents: text PDFs up to 200 pages and 25 MiB, UTF-8 TXT and Markdown. No OCR; export DOCX to PDF first. Review scanned pages, complex tables and the original source layout manually. Upload relevant annexes/addenda yourself.

Limits: citations establish that text occurs in the supplied extracted source; they do not prove authenticity, semantic interpretation, exhaustive coverage, eligibility or compliance. Company statements are not independently verified. No legal advice, opportunity monitoring, autonomous submission or guarantee of winning.

One-time launch price proposal: US$49, Download.

The buyer receives the source files and scripts and supplies a skill-capable agent, Node.js 22.13+ and model usage. Local scripts make no external requests; the buyer's agent/model provider may process documents. Hosting and model credits are not included.

Support: [email protected].
Workflow expertise: evidence-based document analysis and deterministic citation checks, without invented certifications or procurement success claims.
