Built From a Real Search
The archetypes, scoring logic, negotiation scripts, and proof point structure reflect an actual AI/automation job search — not a demo. The system evaluated 740+ offers and resulted in a Head of Applied AI hire. The portfolio that goes with it is also open source.

Ethical Design
Career-Ops is built for quality, not volume. It will actively discourage low-fit applications (score < 4.0/5) and will never submit anything without your explicit approval. Every application is a human interaction on the other end.
Onboarding
On first run, Career-Ops checks what's missing and walks you through setup step by step:

Setup takes under 5 minutes. After that, paste any job URL and the pipeline runs.
