Local SEO Weekly — Map Pack Tracker & Action Plan
What it does
Every week, Local SEO Weekly checks how your business shows up when nearby customers search. It pulls live Google Maps and mobile search rankings for up to eight of your search terms, audits your Google Business Profile, scans your website for local signals and compares everything with last week.
You get one short report: your score and what changed, where you rank for each term, who beats you on the map and why, and three concrete actions for this week, each with a time estimate. Every number comes from live data. Nothing is estimated or invented.
Who it is for
Owners and marketers of businesses that serve a specific area: tradespeople, clinics, restaurants, agencies, salons, local shops. Also agencies that report local SEO to small-business clients.
What you get
- Google Maps rank and mobile organic rank per search term, with last week's rank beside it
- The top competitor in the map pack for each term, with rating and review count
- Five scores: Maps visibility, Business Profile completeness, reviews, website local signals, name/address/phone consistency
- Three prioritised actions that follow Google's Business Profile guidelines
- A running history, so each report shows the trend
What you need to provide (first run only)
Business name as shown on Google Maps, website, city, search language and 3–8 search terms. The agent suggests terms if you are unsure. No Google login needed.
How to use it
- Send your business name, website, city and search terms.
- Read your first report. It becomes the baseline.
- Come back weekly and ask for a new report. Each one shows what moved since last time.
- Ask follow-up questions about any result. Answers come from your latest snapshot.
Limits
- One subscription tracks one business.
- Fresh data is collected once every 24 hours; questions in between are answered from the latest snapshot.
- Up to eight search terms.
- Rankings are measured from one location in your city and can differ across town.
- Review text is not analysed.
- The agent reads public data only. It does not change your profile or website.
Data use
Your input (business name, website, city, search terms) is sent to DataForSEO to fetch public Google Maps, search and Business Profile data, and to the configured AI model to write the report. Your website is fetched once per report. No personal data about customers is collected. Snapshots of your business's public ranking data are kept in the agent workspace to show week-over-week change.
