Run on Capafy
The Agent runs in Capafy's secure cloud environment. You interact with it only through the chatbot.

Capafy is a Skill-based Agent marketplace - publishers package their expertise into Skills that you can use through our web chat or inside your own Agent Client (Claude Agent, OpenClaw, Codex, and other tools).
This guide covers everything you need to know as a Capafy user: what a Skill is, how Skills are priced, how to pay, how to get a refund, and how to get help.
Capafy is a Skill-based Agent marketplace. Publishers package their expertise into Skills - reusable AI capability packages - and list them as finished Agents you can use right away. You browse, buy what you need, and start using them with zero setup.
Capafy uses a few terms consistently throughout this guide. Getting familiar with them up front will make everything else click:
| Term | What it means |
|---|---|
| Skill | The underlying format: a standard folder containing a SKILL.md file plus optional scripts, references, and assets. This is the packaging format adopted by Anthropic, OpenAI, and Microsoft for their AI tools. |
| Skill-based Agent | A Skill that has been listed on Capafy as a finished, ready-to-run product. Throughout the Capafy website you'll see these called simply Agents - in your "My Agents" list, in search, on every listing page. When you buy something on Capafy, you are buying a Skill-based Agent. |
| Agent Card | A Skill-based Agent's listing page on Capafy - its name, price, description, examples, and reviews. Like an App Store detail page. |
| Agent Client | A local tool that can run Skills - Claude Agent, OpenClaw, Codex, and others. Capafy works with all of them. |
| Credits | Capafy's pre-paid balance. You can top up once with a credit card and spend freely on any Agent. |
| Method | Description | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Web | Open capafy.ai to search, purchase, and use Agents directly in the web chatbot - you interact with each Agent by chatting with it. Zero install, everything runs in the browser. | Everyone - the default method |
| User Skill | Install the capafy-user Skill in your own Agent Client (Claude Agent, OpenClaw, Codex, etc.). Then you can ask your Agent Client in natural language to search, purchase, and use Capafy Agents for you. It handles the rest. | Technical users who already work inside an Agent Client |
After signing up, you are a User by default. If you later want to publish your own Agents for sale, the same account can switch into a publisher role. You do not need to register again. The two roles do not interfere with each other.
Each Agent is listed under exactly one execution mode. This determines whether what you pay for is a service or a file.
The Agent runs in Capafy's secure cloud environment. You interact with it only through the chatbot.
The Agent is delivered as Skill files for you to download and run in your own Agent Client (Claude Agent, OpenClaw, Codex, etc.).
In Run on Capafy mode, files you upload are stored encrypted on the platform and used only to deliver the service you purchased.
In Download mode, once you download the Skill files, the Agent runs entirely on your machine inside your own Agent Client. Capafy has no visibility into what happens next. Because of that, we recommend downloading Agents only from publishers with a solid rating and sales history, and running them in an isolated environment if the task involves sensitive data.
In Run on Capafy mode, the underlying model is fixed by the publisher and you cannot switch it. In Download mode, the model runs inside your own Agent Client, so you control which one to use.
Capafy supports three pricing modes. A single Agent can be listed under more than one - you choose based on how often you'll use it and your budget.
Pay for a block of usage time. Chat freely within that window; the order naturally ends when time runs out. Good for one-off or short-term needs. Execution mode: Run on Capafy.
Auto-renew daily / weekly / monthly. The Agent runs continuously in the cloud during the subscription period. Good for long-term needs. Execution mode: Run on Capafy.
Get the Skill files and install them in your own Agent Client. Available as either paid or free. Good for technical users and long-term use.
You choose how many hours to purchase, and the system calculates the total automatically.
TikTok KOL Deep Analysis - US$ 3/hour - 2-hour minimum
Buy 2 hours - pay US$ 6; buy 4 hours - pay US$ 12
Counting starts the moment you complete payment - not when you click "Chat." Please start using the Agent soon after you buy.
When your purchased time runs out, the order ends and the Agent enters a 7-day free grace period. During this window your session - the running state and the conversation history - is preserved, and you can repurchase time on the same Agent to pick up where you left off. If you do not resume within the grace period, the session is cleared automatically.
During the subscription period, the Agent runs continuously in the cloud and you can open the chatbot and talk to it anytime.
The platform auto-charges for renewal before each cycle ends. The cancellation path depends on how you originally paid:
| Payment method | Cancellation path | After cancellation |
|---|---|---|
| Credit card | Profile - Subscription Management - "Manage Subscription" (redirects to the Stripe billing portal) | Active through the current cycle; no further renewals |
| Credits balance | Profile - Subscription Management - "Cancel Subscription" | Active through the current cycle; the button becomes "Reactivate Plan" if you change your mind |
Each subscription cycle includes a usage quota. A Request Pack adds extra requests on top of a subscription you already have
A One-Time Purchase Agent may be offered as either paid or free. The deliverables are identical in both cases.
Capafy supports two payment channels: credit card and Credits balance.
| Rule | Details |
|---|---|
| Payment method | Credit card (processed via Stripe) |
| Expiration | Credits do not expire |
| Refunds | Non-refundable Top-ups are final |
| Transfer / withdrawal | Not allowed No user-to-user transfers, no withdrawals to a bank account |
Under Profile - Spend Limits, you can set two limits that apply to any Agent you are using:
These caps mainly guard against unexpected auto-spending - for example, if you have authorized the capafy-user Skill in your Agent Client to purchase Agents on your behalf. For normal manual purchases they usually will not trigger, but setting at least a monthly cap as a safety net is recommended.
All past purchases are available in Wallet, with details including the Agent, amount, payment method, and timestamp.
We want you to be happy with the Agents you purchase on Capafy. If an Agent did not meet your expectations, you can request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date - this applies to Hourly, Subscription, and One-Time Purchase orders alike.
Request Packs are the exception. A Request Pack is a one-time add-on purchase and the quota is issued as soon as payment succeeds,so it cannot be refunded, cancelled,or exchanged including any unused portion.Refunding a subscription order does not refund packs bought against it
Go to Wallet and click Request Refund →, then select the order you want to refund.
Capafy reviews your request and makes the final call. We aim to return a decision within a few business days for most cases - complex ones may take longer. You will see the status update in the order's refund page.
| Original payment | Where the refund goes |
|---|---|
| Credits | Returned to your Credits balance immediately |
| Credit card | Returned to your original card when possible. In some cases (for example, the card refund window has closed on our processor's side) the refund is issued as Credits instead. You will see which path was used in the outcome notification. |
What happens to your order depends on why the Agent was removed:
Capafy uses email + one-time code (OTP) sign-in. There is no long-term password to remember or leak. If you cannot receive the OTP, check your spam folder first, then try again after a minute.
If you use Capafy through the capafy-user Skill in your own Agent Client (Claude Agent, OpenClaw, Codex, etc.), you may have one or more Access Tokens (am_sk_...) for programmatic calls. Manage them under Profile - Access Tokens. Anyone with a token can act on your account and spend your Credits, so treat tokens like passwords:
Conversations in Run on Capafy mode are stored encrypted and used only to deliver the service you purchased. Even so, general best practice applies: do not paste passwords, private keys, bank card numbers, or government ID numbers into a chatbot - with Capafy or anywhere else.
Counting starts the moment you complete payment, not when you click "Chat." If you bought 4 hours and forgot to use them, those 4 hours are still consumed.
No. Once a Hourly order is created, it cannot be ended early, and we do not issue partial refunds. If there is a genuine problem with the Agent, use the refund flow in section 05.
Any transaction below US$ 5 has to be paid with Credits. Top up Credits once, then spend freely on small items.
No. After cancellation, your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing cycle. You keep using the Agent until then; you just will not be charged again.
The cancellation path depends on your payment method:
No. Credits do not expire. However, they are non-refundable, non-withdrawable, and non-transferable, so top up only what you expect to spend.
Yes. If you want to use the same Agent for separate tasks side by side, each purchase can be kept as its own session. They show up separately in your "My Agents" list, and you can rename them (for example, "Client A analysis," "Client B analysis") to tell them apart.
Yes, for a while. When an order ends, the Agent enters a 7-day grace period during which you can resume it simply by re-purchasing. If you do not resume within that window, the session is cleared automatically.
If the Agent later comes back, subscriptions that were terminated because of removal do not auto-resume - you will need to subscribe again.
Every One-Time Purchase Agent is reviewed before listing, the same way Run on Capafy Agents are. Once you download and run it inside your own Agent Client, though, the Agent is outside Capafy's cloud - we can no longer monitor or control what it does. We recommend running downloaded Agents in an isolated environment if the task involves sensitive data, and downloading only from publishers with a solid rating and sales history.
Go to the Wallet page, scroll to the bottom, and tap Request a Refund. Select the Agent order you want refunded, fill in the required information, and submit your request.
After submission, the order status will change to Refund Pending while your request is reviewed. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method: Credit Balance payments are refunded to your Credit Balance, while card payments are typically returned to the original card. If the original payment channel is no longer available, such as for card payments made more than 40 days ago, the refund will be issued to your Credit Balance instead.
Go to Profile → Subscriptions, find the Agent you want to stop, and tap Cancel Subscription.
Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period, and you’ll keep access until that period ends.
