Pokémon TCG Price & Risk Analyst

Independent analytical tool. Not financial or investment advice. It does not tell you to buy or sell. Results are estimates built on stated assumptions and available data; collectibles can lose value and no outcome is guaranteed.

Upload a photo or enter the name of a Pokémon card or graded slab to get a structured price and risk analysis.

What You Get

  • Price Position — Below Model Ceiling, Within Model Range, Above Model Ceiling, or Insufficient Data
  • Fair Value Range based on usable recent sold-price evidence
  • Modeled Entry Ceiling — the highest price supported by the model after costs
  • Discounted Entry Level — a more conservative level that leaves room for model error
  • Lifecycle Analysis — from Release Hype to Collector Repricing
  • Bear / Base / Bull scenarios with clear assumptions and triggers
  • Liquidity Analysis — how easy the card may be to sell near market value
  • Net Result Calculation after platform fees, shipping, FX and grading costs
  • Raw-to-PSA Expected Value under Conservative, Base and Optimistic grading scenarios
  • Break-even PSA 10 probability
  • Risk Dashboard showing where each major risk enters the model
  • Separate Data Confidence and Thesis Confidence
  • Owner Review for cards you already own, with clear reassessment triggers

Supported Products

Best suited for:

  • Raw Pokémon cards
  • PSA, BGS and CGC graded slabs
  • Vintage cards
  • Promo cards

Sealed products such as Booster Boxes and ETBs are supported on a limited basis. Print runs and remaining supply are often not public, so unavailable information is shown as Unknown rather than guessed.

Built to Be Transparent

Every important number is labeled as one of:

  • Verified
  • User-provided
  • Assumed
  • Unknown

If reliable market evidence is unavailable, the report says Insufficient Data instead of inventing prices.

User-provided sales are useful, but Data Confidence is capped at Medium unless the data can be independently verified.

The pricing and expected-value calculations are performed using deterministic scripts rather than estimated only in AI-written prose.

Example Questions

"Seller wants USD 180 for this card. How does that price compare with the model?"

"I bought this PSA 10 earlier. Has anything changed enough that I should reassess it?"

"Raw price is USD 85 and grading costs USD 25. What does the Raw-to-PSA expected value look like?"

"There are only two recent sales. Is there enough data to analyze this properly?"

Important Limits

  • A photo cannot prove authenticity.
  • Exact card condition or a future PSA grade cannot be guaranteed from an image.
  • Marketplace sold-price data may not always be available automatically.
  • You may be asked to provide recent sold listings.
  • No exact future price is promised.
  • Historical patterns do not predict future results.
