Business Referral | 1-1 Business Opportunity Analyst

A business conversation can sound positive and still go nowhere. This Skill helps you see what is actually worth following up.

Agent 標誌.webp Upload an English one-on-one business conversation transcript and turn it into a structured record of what was discussed, what may become a real opportunity, what still needs confirmation, and what each person should do next.

Business Referral is designed for professionals who regularly hold business-development, networking, referral, client-discovery, partnership, or advisory conversations and do not want useful signals to disappear inside a long transcript.

What This Skill Helps You Do

before and after.webp

A normal transcript tells you what people said.

Business Referral helps you interpret:

  • Whether there is a realistic direct-collaboration opportunity
  • Whether either participant can make a useful referral
  • Whether the relationship is worth continuing
  • Which statements are confirmed facts, personal claims, assumptions, or AI inferences
  • Which commitments are specific and which intentions remain vague
  • What information is still missing
  • What action should happen next

It does not treat polite interest as a confirmed deal. Budget compatibility is not approval. Willingness to introduce someone is not a completed referral. A positive conversation is not automatically a commercial opportunity.

Three Files Produced

1. Professional Meeting Report — Word

A clear, external-facing record suitable for review and controlled sharing.

It may include:

  • Meeting purpose and conclusions
  • Participant profiles and capabilities
  • Main discussion points
  • Professional and resource complementarity
  • Possible collaboration directions
  • Potential mutual referrals
  • Confirmed action items
  • Pending actions and shared next-step suggestions

Before sharing, review names, companies, prices, customer information, comments about third parties, and other sensitive content.

2. Internal Business-Opportunity Analysis — Word

A private decision-support report for the user.

It may include:

  • Core commercial judgment
  • Direct collaboration score
  • Mutual referral score
  • Relationship-continuation score
  • Overall opportunity score
  • Confidence and information completeness
  • Evidence behind each score
  • Recognition gaps and ambiguous intentions
  • Confirmed commitments
  • Recommended next actions
  • Suggested follow-up message
  • The assumption most likely to be wrong

3. Business Continuity File — Markdown

A reusable relationship record for future meetings.

It may include:

  • Current relationship status
  • Accumulated opportunity scores
  • Participant profiles
  • Opportunity map
  • Commitments and actions
  • Open questions
  • Meeting history
  • Next-meeting brief

Upload this file together with a later transcript to help continue the analysis without starting from zero.

Opportunity Scoring

The Skill evaluates four areas on a 1–10 scale:

  1. Direct collaboration
  2. Mutual referral
  3. Relationship continuation
  4. Overall potential opportunity

Each score is accompanied by a confidence level and evidence summary.

The overall score is not a simple average. A strong direct project may justify a high overall priority even when referrals remain uncertain. High scores are protected by stricter rules, so conditional introductions, unconfirmed budgets, missing decision authority, and vague commitments should not be treated as completed opportunities.

A lower score may also mean that an important topic was never discussed—not necessarily that no opportunity exists.

Who It Is For

Business Referral may be useful for:

  • Business-development professionals
  • Consultants and advisers
  • Professional-service firms
  • Insurance, property, and financial-service representatives
  • Networking and referral-group members
  • Account managers
  • Partnership managers
  • Founders and sales leaders
  • People who conduct structured one-on-one business meetings

How to Use It

  1. Prepare an English transcript of a one-on-one business conversation.
  2. Remove unnecessary personal, confidential, or commercially sensitive information.
  3. Upload or paste the transcript.
  4. Confirm that you are authorised to process it.
  5. Select the analysis perspective: one participant or neutral observer.
  6. Review the generated files carefully.
  7. Edit sensitive details before sharing any report externally.
  8. Save the Business Continuity file for the next conversation.

English-Only Edition

This edition is designed as a fully English product.

  • It accepts transcripts written primarily in English.
  • It produces reports in English.
  • It does not translate transcripts or reports.
  • It does not switch between English and other output languages.

Names, company names, product names, and occasional non-English terms may remain in the transcript, but the conversation itself should be primarily in English.

For translation, use a dedicated translation tool first, review the translated transcript for accuracy, and then submit the final English version.

What This Skill Does Not Do

Business Referral does not:

  • Guarantee a sale, referral, partnership, or commercial result
  • Replace professional legal, financial, privacy, compliance, or employment advice
  • Verify that every statement in the transcript is true
  • Confirm that a third party has accepted an introduction
  • Determine whether recording or uploading a conversation is lawful in your location
  • Replace human review of names, dates, amounts, commitments, and confidential information
  • Operate as a standalone desktop or mobile application

Usage Environment and Compatibility

This product is a downloadable Agent Skill package, not a standalone desktop application or mobile app.

The user must install it in a compatible AI platform that supports:

  • Agent Skill installation
  • File upload or transcript input
  • Word document generation
  • Markdown file generation

Tested environment:

  • ChatGPT Work

Compatibility, installation method, processing time, file support, and output quality may vary depending on the AI platform, account type, model, and platform version.

This purchase does not include subscriptions, accounts, or usage fees for ChatGPT, Capafy, or any other third-party platform.

Privacy and Responsible Use

Meeting transcripts may contain personal data, client information, prices, internal plans, confidential discussions, or third-party comments.

Before use:

  • Confirm that you are authorised to record, obtain, upload, and analyse the conversation.
  • Follow applicable privacy laws, recording rules, contracts, confidentiality obligations, and company policies.
  • Remove information that is not necessary for the analysis.
  • Review all generated files before saving or sharing them.

The Publisher does not operate a separate backend database specifically for collecting or permanently storing user transcripts for this Skill. However, content may still be processed or stored by the AI platform or service provider selected by the user.

Important Reminder

AI analysis may contain errors, omissions, or misunderstandings.

Always verify:

  • Names and organisations
  • Dates and deadlines
  • Prices and budgets
  • Promises and commitments
  • Decision authority
  • Referral status
  • Contract terms
  • Sensitive or confidential information

Use the reports as structured decision support, not as unquestioned fact.

Start With One Conversation

Upload an English one-on-one business transcript and discover:

  • What is worth pursuing
  • What is only polite interest
  • What has actually been promised
  • What still needs confirmation
  • What the next useful action should be

Do not let a possible opportunity disappear inside “Let’s stay in touch.”
