Three steps

Extract the package and install Python. No requirements.txt installation is needed.
Copy examples/demo.csv and retain its exact columns; enter paired values, units, periods and nonnegative tolerance.
Run the command below. The terminal lists matches and differences; add --format json for JSON.
解壓並安裝Python，不需安裝requirements.txt。
複製examples/demo.csv並保留欄位順序，填入配對數值、單位、期間與非負容許誤差。
執行指令，終端機列出一致項目與差異；加--format json可輸出JSON。

Synthetic example: 12.5 versus 125 returns VALUE_MISMATCH, delta 112.5. Identical values with different units/periods remain mismatches.
合成範例12.5與125會指出數值差異112.5；數值相同但單位、期間不同仍列出差異。
id,source_value,report_value,source_unit,report_unit,source_period,report_period,tolerance
Use plain decimals without commas or percent signs. IDs must be unique. Supports 1–10000 claims, CSV up to 2 MB. Exit 0 means matches, 1 differences found, 2 input error.
數值不含千分位或百分號，ID不可重複。支援1～10000組，CSV上限2MB。退出碼0為一致、1為抓到差異、2為輸入錯誤。

No automatic PDF extraction, unit/currency conversion or source verification. Python 3.10+ recommended; tested on macOS Python 3.9.6. Windows uses py -3 instead of python3; Windows/Linux clean installs unverified.
不自動擷取PDF、不換算單位匯率、不驗證來源真偽。建議Python 3.10以上，已測macOS Python 3.9.6；Windows以py -3取代python3，Windows/Linux尚未實測乾淨安裝。
