ShortsDirector | Seedance 2.0 Prompt Planner

Plans your short video: hook, script, storyboard and copy-paste Seedance 2.0 prompts. Does not generate video: you render the clips in your own Seedance tool (e.g. Dreamina or CapCut), which needs a separate account and credits.

🎬 ShortsDirector

Seedance 2.0 prompt & storyboard planner for Reels, TikTok and Shorts.

⚠️ ShortsDirector does not generate videos. It writes the plan and the prompts. To get the actual clips, you paste the prompts into a separate Seedance 2.0 tool, such as Dreamina or CapCut, which requires its own account and credits (additional cost).

Give it an idea, a script, product photos or a video that performed well, and it returns a complete Production Pack you can paste straight into Seedance 2.0.

Example: ShortsDirector wrote the three prompts. The clips were rendered separately by the user in Dreamina (Seedance 2.0), using a Dreamina account and credits.

✨ What you get in every run (text output)

  • A scroll-stopping hook for the first 2 seconds, plus 3 alternative hooks for A/B testing
  • A clip-by-clip storyboard that respects Seedance 2.0 limits (4–15 s per clip)
  • Copy-paste prompts with every @image, @video and @audio reference given a clear role
  • Timed segments for longer clips, so the model follows your pacing
  • On-screen text, editing order, transitions, caption and hashtags
  • One clear call to action at the end

🔁 How it works

  1. Describe your video and attach any references (product photos, reference video).
  2. Receive your Production Pack from ShortsDirector (text only).
  3. Paste the prompts into your own Seedance 2.0 tool (Dreamina, CapCut or another platform that offers the model). Generation happens there, under that platform's account and pricing.
  4. Edit and publish using the on-screen text, editing notes and caption from the pack.

📥 Example

Input

Product video for my handmade granola jar. 15 seconds, Instagram Reels, goal: sales. (photo attached)

Output (excerpt)

Clip 1 — Hook (0–5 s)

@image1 is the product, keep label, jar shape and colors exact.
Extreme macro of golden granola clusters falling into a bowl of white yogurt,
crunchy sound, slow motion, warm morning light, shallow depth of field.
Vertical 9:16, appetizing food commercial look, no on-screen text.

On-screen text: "That sound is today's breakfast 🔊"

3 hooks for A/B testing

  1. Stop eating soggy granola.
  2. I did the crunch test with 3 granolas.
  3. POV: you opened the right jar.

🎯 Perfect for

  • People who already use Seedance (Dreamina, CapCut) and want better results from their credits
  • E-commerce & product brands planning product ads
  • Creators & social media managers who need hooks, scripts and prompts fast

❓ FAQ

Does it generate the video?
No. ShortsDirector delivers the plan and the prompts as text. You generate the clips in a separate Seedance 2.0 tool (Dreamina, CapCut or similar), which requires its own account and credits.

How were the example videos made?
ShortsDirector wrote the prompts. The user pasted them into Dreamina (Seedance 2.0) and rendered the clips there with their own account and credits.

What language does it work in?
Any. You get the plan in your language; prompts come in English, which is what Seedance follows best.

Can I copy a video from another creator?
It reuses the structure of a reference video (pacing, camera moves, transitions), never its content, faces, brand or music.

Do I need to know how to write prompts?
No. Just describe what you want. ShortsDirector handles the structure, camera language and reference roles.
