Account Reset Plan: when videos are not it

Describe what your account has actually been posting — topics, languages, and the reach each group got — and get a diagnosis of whether reach collapsed because the account stopped being legible to the platform, plus a 30-day repositioning plan with the numbers that tell you if it is working.

Past a certain point, no per-video fix works

You improve the hook, tighten the edit, fix the cover, and every upload still lands in single digits. At that point what is broken is usually not any individual video — it is that the platform no longer has a confident guess about who your account is for.

Distribution starts with that guess. A new upload goes first to the audience the platform believes belongs to your account. If your last thirty posts have been three unrelated topics in two languages, that belief is weak and diffuse, so the seed audience is a poor match, so early watch-through is bad, so the video stops — no matter how good it was.

The signature worth checking

Genre dilution does not look like a slow decline. It looks like wide variance by topic group with a collapsing floor: one content type still gets normal reach while another gets almost none, and the gap is far larger than the quality difference between them. Often the low group is better made.

If instead every topic dropped together, at the same time, by the same proportion, that is a different problem — and this kit says so rather than selling you a reset you do not need.

What you get

1. account-reset.html — one self-contained file. No external stylesheets, scripts, fonts, or images; no network requests. Contains the topic-by-topic reach table with a verdict per group (carrying / neutral / diluting), the variance chart drawn from your figures, the timeline marking when the drop began against what changed, the 30-day schedule as a filled calendar, and a weekly results block with the decision thresholds printed alongside.

2. The diagnosis, with the alternatives ruled out. Not "you mixed genres" by default — your numbers are checked against four explanations: dilution, a general decline, a per-video retention problem, and possible enforcement. If your numbers do not support dilution it says so and points you at the right instrument instead.

3. The single-lane decision — which topic the account commits to, argued from your numbers plus your stated preference, and what happens to the rest: separate account, retire, or fold a narrow version in. Each option with its real cost. It will not pretend the third is free.

4. A 30-day schedule — one lane, no exceptions, at a frequency you said you can sustain, opening with whatever is already carrying the account, with no new variables introduced mid-reset. Nothing gets deleted; removing old posts does not undo the classification and destroys whatever equity they hold.

5. The stop-doing list and the measurement plan — what to stop and why, then the weekly numbers and thresholds decided in advance, including the point at which you should conclude the diagnosis was wrong. A plan with no falsification condition just runs forever.

Expect a lagging signal. Re-classification takes weeks of consistent input and week one usually shows nothing — that is written into the thresholds so you do not abandon it on day nine.

Honest limits

  • Works only from numbers you paste. No account linking, no analytics access, no API key, no subscription.
  • It does not diagnose penalties or strikes, and it will not tell you whether you are shadowbanned — that is not verifiable from outside. It points you at the platform's own account status page instead.
  • Never invents your numbers; unknowns are marked with where to find them.
  • Promises nothing about reach, views, followers, revenue, or recovery.
  • Declines, with the reason: buying engagement, bot or multi-account automation, creating a new account to evade an enforcement action, and fabricating analytics.
