Turn product chaos into one mission your coding agent can execute

Upload SaaS screenshots and paste bug reports, QA notes, support messages, product feedback, and "do not break" constraints. SaaS Fix Mission Builder turns the mixed evidence into one implementation-ready Markdown mission for Codex or another coding agent.

It does not produce a generic UX audit or a loose backlog. It uses a repeatable six-phase method — SCREEN → UNDERSTAND → CONSOLIDATE → PROTECT → EXECUTE → VERIFY — to preserve evidence, combine related issues, isolate conflicts, protect existing behavior, and make completion testable.

What you receive

  • One copy-ready implementation mission, not a planning conversation
  • An evidence-backed problem map with confidence and priority
  • Consolidated scope, explicit exclusions, and working assumptions
  • Repository investigation targets without invented file paths
  • Ordered implementation requirements
  • A specific non-regression shield for auth, permissions, data, APIs, shared UI, responsive behavior, and other relevant risks
  • Observable acceptance criteria
  • Targeted automated, visual, accessibility, and regression checks as appropriate
  • A Minimum Round-Trip directive that tells the coding agent to inspect, implement, test, and report without unnecessary confirmation loops

Best for

  • A SaaS page or flow with several visible defects
  • Mobile or responsive layout problems
  • Confusing form, modal, pagination, status, loading, empty, or error behavior
  • Feedback scattered across screenshots, tickets, chat, and support notes
  • Fixes that must preserve authentication, permissions, data contracts, billing behavior, routes, or shared components
  • Founders, product managers, designers, QA engineers, and developers who want a clean handoff to a coding agent

What to send

Send everything in one message when possible:

  1. Screenshots or annotated images
  2. Bug reports and product feedback
  3. The desired user-visible outcome
  4. Known route, role, device, or environment context
  5. Anything that must not change

No special format is required. Redact passwords, keys, personal data, and confidential customer information before uploading.

Output format

The core output is structured Markdown in the chat. It is designed to be copied directly into Codex or another coding agent. No repository files are modified by this Agent.

Example

Input

Three screenshots from our team settings page: the Save button is clipped on mobile, the role dropdown opens behind the sticky footer, and invalid invitation emails look successful. Do not change desktop layout, role permissions, or the invitation API. Make one task for my coding agent and do not ask me where the files are.

Output excerpt

IMPLEMENTATION MISSION — Stabilize the mobile team-settings flow
Outcome: keep the team form usable at narrow widths and make invalid-email failure explicit while preserving desktop behavior, role rules, and the API contract.
Consolidation: treat overflow, clipped action, and dropdown layering as one mobile form-shell change; keep invalid-email handling separate.
Acceptance: at 375 px there is no page-level horizontal scroll, the primary action is fully reachable, the dropdown is unobstructed, and a rejected invalid email produces an accessible error without presenting success.
Verification: targeted form/error tests, permission and API contract checks, mobile viewport checks, keyboard/focus checks, and valid/invalid invitation smoke tests.

Minimum Round-Trip Mode

The Agent makes safe, reversible assumptions for ordinary implementation details and records them in the mission. It asks one bundled question only when guessing would affect authorization, tenant isolation, billing, destructive behavior, data retention, public contracts, security, or mutually exclusive product intent.

Limits

  • This Agent prepares the implementation mission; it does not access or edit your repository.
  • It can identify likely investigation areas but will not invent exact file paths or claim hidden implementation facts.
  • Screenshot evidence can reveal symptoms, not guaranteed root causes; the coding agent is instructed to confirm the implementation in the repository.
  • Output quality depends on the clarity and completeness of the supplied evidence.

FAQ

Do I need to organize my feedback first?
No. Mixed screenshots, notes, tickets, and constraints are the intended input.

Does it only work with Codex?
No. The mission is structured Markdown and works with Codex and other capable coding agents.

Will it ask lots of questions?
No. Minimum Round-Trip Mode defaults to safe assumptions and immediate output. It asks only when a genuinely high-risk or mutually exclusive decision blocks an accurate mission.

Does it write code?
No. It creates the scoped, testable mission that a repository-aware coding agent can implement.

Is this an official Codex or OpenAI product?
No. It is an independent workflow and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any coding-agent vendor.
