Proposed insider sales against reported ones — Form 144 next to Form 4, straight from public EDGAR filings.

Two SEC filings sit either side of an insider sale. Form 144 is the notice an affiliate files before selling restricted or control securities under Rule 144. Form 4 is the report filed after a transaction.

144 vs 4 puts them side by side and shows three buckets: Form 144 with no matching Form 4 in this window; Form 4 sale with no prior Form 144 in this window; and heuristically matched pairs. Every row links back to the original EDGAR document.

No buy or sell calls, no price targets, no predictions. A missing Form 4 is not an accusation — the only claim is "no matching Form 4 in this window". Matching is a heuristic (issuer CIK, insider name, share count, date window). Informational research only — not investment advice. Not affiliated with the SEC.
