When an exchange tells a US public company something about its continued listing — a deficiency letter, a determination, a hearing outcome — or when a company moves its listing from one market or tier to another, it has to report that on an 8-K under Item 3.01. That one code is what this tool watches.

8-K Listing Notice reads the current 8-K feed from EDGAR's public endpoints, keeps only the filings carrying 3.01, and extracts: which exchange is named, which listing rule or standard is cited, what kind of notice the filing describes, and any compliance period the filer stated.

This is the notice stage. Form 25 — the filing that actually removes a security from an exchange — is a different form and is not read here.

Every row links back to the original document on EDGAR.

What you can ask for

  • Every listing notice reported today or over the past week
  • Only deficiency letters, determinations, transfers, or regained-compliance notices
  • Only one exchange — Nasdaq, NYSE, NYSE American, Cboe, OTC
  • What a given ticker has reported recently under 3.01

What it does not do
No buy or sell calls, no price targets, no predictions. It does not score or grade a notice. Informational research only — not investment advice. Not affiliated with the SEC.

Item 3.01 records that a notice was reported. It is not a statement that a security has been or will be removed from an exchange.
