ChartCoach: Read Any Stock Chart Like a Pro
ChartCoach
Give it a ticker and get back a fully annotated candlestick chart plus a plain-English breakdown of the trend, support and resistance zones, and what to watch next.
What it does
- Fetches historical price data (OHLCV) with cross-source validation
- Detects swing highs/lows and fits trendlines and parallel channels across short, mid, and long-term timeframes
- Clusters support/resistance zones and scores their confidence using moving-average and trendline confluence
- Renders a real candlestick chart (not a schematic) with all annotations overlaid
- Writes an accompanying report explaining what the chart shows, in plain language
Example usage
Give it a ticker (e.g. "Run TSLA" or any US/HK-listed stock code). You'll get back an annotated chart image + a report describing the current short/mid/long-term picture, nearby support/resistance zones (with historical touch counts and distance from current price), and any "still confirming" swing points worth watching.
Who it's for
Beginner investors who want to understand how to read a stock chart — what a trendline is, what a support/resistance zone means, why it matters — without being told what to do with that information.
What you'll need
This is a Claude Code skill you install and run yourself — not a hosted web app. You'll need your own Claude Code (or Cowork) setup with Claude access. After purchase, follow the included setup instructions to install the skill, then just ask it to analyze any ticker.
Important
