Validate recurring CSV exports against an explicit, versioned JSON data contract before importing them.

Quick start
Requires Python 3.9+. No API key, cloud service or third-party runtime package. From the skill directory, run python scripts/contract_gate.py --help and follow SKILL.md for the infer and check commands.
Limits
UTF-8 CSV, up to 100 MiB. Does not clean data, process XLSX, interpret business meaning or guarantee regulatory compliance. Duplicate-key tracking may consume substantial memory. Source data stays local; you choose where report files are written.
