MBTI × Zodiac Fused-Persona Analysis

MBTI × Zodiac Fused-Persona Analysis

Infers a user's MBTI type and a "Soul Zodiac" (from tone, not birthday) from a mandatory questionnaire plus optional diary or chat-log material, then fuses them into one evidence-driven persona portrait. Every conclusion is backed by quoted original text. Outputs a report with codename, core traits, function × element chemistry, inner tensions, relationship patterns, and growth advice. Use when the user provides a self-narrative and wants MBTI or zodiac insight.

MBTI × Zodiac Fused-Persona Analysis — Capability Spec

Overview

A text-based personality profiling skill that infers a user's MBTI type and a "Soul Zodiac" (inferred from the tone and texture of their own words, not from their birthday), then fuses the two into a single evidence-driven persona portrait. Every conclusion traces back to quoted original text — no unsupported boilerplate.

The fusion is stacking, not listing: a zodiac element amplifies, redirects, or strains the cognitive functions, and the friction between the two axes (the "Inner Tension") is treated as the most real part of the portrait.

What It Does

  1. Dual-Track Intake — runs a mandatory 8-question questionnaire (each question pre-mapped to an MBTI axis or zodiac signal), with optional diary or chat-log material supplying natural-voice evidence the questionnaire cannot capture.
  2. Two-Axis Inference — scores E/I, S/N, T/F, J/P with lean %, confidence, and quoted evidence; derives the cognitive function stack; independently infers the best-matching Soul Zodiac + a runner-up from emotional tone, value orientation, imagery, and defense mechanisms.
  3. Fused-Persona Analysis — produces an imagery-rich codename (e.g. INFJ × Scorpio = Abyss Weaver), core traits, the chemical reaction between functions and zodiac element, inner tensions, relationship patterns, and concrete growth advice.

When to Use

  • The user provides a self-narrative and wants personality profiling, MBTI inference, or zodiac insight.
  • The user pastes a diary entry or chat-log excerpt and asks "what kind of person am I / does this sound like?"
  • The user explicitly invokes /mbti-zodiac-persona.

When NOT to Use

  • The user only wants a four-letter MBTI result (that's table lookup, not analysis).
  • The user only wants to look up the generic traits of a zodiac sign.
  • The user wants image generation — this skill is text-only; it produces a report, not images.

Inputs

Track Required? What it is Notes
Questionnaire Yes (all 8 core questions) Conversational intake, one or two at a time Pre-mapped to axes/signs; skipped questions re-asked once, then that axis is marked "low confidence"
Diary / journal snippet Optional Private self-narrative Rich source for tone, imagery, defense mechanisms
Chat-log excerpt Optional The user's own messages only Other speakers dropped; PII (names/phones/addresses) redacted to placeholders before analysis

Outputs

A single Markdown report written to output/{YYYYMMDD}_{codename}-report.md, structured as:

  • Header — intake record, MBTI type + confidence, Soul Zodiac + alternative
  • I. MBTI Axes — per-axis score + quoted evidence ([Q#:"…"] / [text:"…"]) + cognitive function stack
  • II. Soul Zodiac — primary + alternative, each justified by quoted text
  • III. Fused Persona — codename, core traits, chemical reaction, inner tension, relationship pattern, growth advice

Example

Input (excerpt)

Q1 (→ E/I): "After an afternoon of meetings my head was still buzzing. I only feel 'myself again' after an hour alone in the dark. The real recharge is reading for half an hour at night when no one's around."

Q6 (→ T/F, zodiac): "I retreat. Go quiet, process it myself. A few days later I act like nothing happened — but I keep a ledger."

[diary] "I never replied to that message. I wanted to, but the thought of explaining a whole paragraph exhausted me. I closed the phone, cracked the window open; it was raining, the air was wet. I always do this — swallow the words, let them sink to the bottom, become a conclusion no one can see."

Output (excerpt)

Intake: questionnaire answered (8/8) · supplementary diary (~110 chars) · redaction n/a
MBTI: INTJ (confidence: high; T/F axis medium)
Soul Zodiac: Cancer (alt: Scorpio)

Codename: INTJ × Cancer = Tidal Architect — long-horizon structures built below the waterline, in water that remembers everything.

Inner Tension (Water sign × Thinker): the clean-logic drive (Te) and the wet emotional undertow (Water) don't reconcile — feeling is suppressed into structure rather than expressed. The Tidal Architect mistakes sinking things to the bottom for resolving them: "swallow the words, let them sink to the bottom, become a conclusion no one can see." [diary]

Growth Advice — Give "sinking to the bottom" a float-up deadline; separate "sinking" from "avoiding"; aim the cracked window at a person, not the air.

Key Constraints

  • Evidence first — no conclusion without original-text support.
  • Reject cliché — ban "gentle yet firm" / "cold outside, warm inside" unless backed by concrete behavior in the text.
  • Fusion must be logical — every function × element claim maps to a rule in fusion-rules.md.
  • Respect boundaries — a style portrait, not a diagnosis; wording leaves room, avoids absolutist claims.
