HAKOYA LLC has built custom cedar structures for homeowners and businesses around San Antonio since 2022, and registered as a Texas limited liability company in 2025. Working on and around residential foundations is how we came to the problem our software solves. Inspectors and contractors who measure foundations already know what they found before they leave the property. What costs them their evening is the write-up: re-typing readings, formatting tables, redrawing the same plan view, and rewriting the same limitations paragraph for the two-hundredth time. Our agents do that part. They take the measurements and observations a licensed professional actually recorded and return a finished, formatted report — on that professional's letterhead, under that professional's license, carrying that professional's opinion.
