Earnings Delta — This Week's Filing Changes
Find the earnings filings worth checking this week
Ask “What changed in earnings this week?” No ticker is required. Earnings Delta checks a curated group of 27 U.S. AI, semiconductor, and infrastructure companies for earnings-related SEC filings from the last seven days. It reviews 8-K earnings releases and 10-Q/10-K reports, then highlights up to three distinct companies with changes worth examining.
For each finding, you get:
- What changed: the reported figure or disclosure change.
- Why check it: the question it raises, with important limits stated clearly.
- Before and after: comparable figures or filing excerpts when available.
- SEC sources: links to the original documents so you can verify the finding yourself.
The Agent distinguishes “no new earnings filing,” “no meaningful change identified,” and “comparison incomplete.” It does not invent three findings when fewer are supported.
You can also enter a ticker to compare one company’s latest 10-Q or 10-K with a comparable prior filing.
Scope: The first version covers 27 selected U.S. companies, not the entire market. The scan runs when requested; it does not send automatic alerts. Early 8-K analysis focuses on narrative text in earnings-release exhibits. Tables and non-GAAP figures in those releases are not automatically normalized. If a source cannot be fetched or compared reliably, the Agent says so.
