Inbound Hospitality English Toolkit
What this does
Foreign guests are spending more, but hiring English-speaking staff is hard. Literal translation apps sound flat and miss cultural context. This toolkit works from your own menu and situation to produce English service content you can copy or print:
- Menu descriptions — appetizing English with brief cultural notes and an allergen heads-up
- Staff scripts — the full service flow (greeting → seating → ordering → dietary check → payment → farewell), with pronunciation hints
