Design principles
- Triage layer scores post value (quality over volume; protects the account)
- Spam avoidance: caps, 15–30 min intervals with jitter, URL/title-similarity suppression, topic TTL, event_key clustering
- Near-exactly-once: SQLite as source of truth, pending → posted to prevent double posts
- Policy-aware: no assertions/advice, fixed disclaimer, no source copying, no trend-jacking
- Recovery: watchdog liveness monitoring + logs/DB to explain why each post did/didn't go out
