Reviews on Capafy help users make informed purchasing decisions and give Publishers meaningful feedback. These Guidelines explain who can leave a review, what makes a quality review, and what is not permitted.
1. Eligibility
Reviews must be based on genuine firsthand experience. You are eligible to leave a review once you have meaningfully interacted with an Agent:
| Purchase Type | When you become eligible |
|---|---|
| Subscription | After your first billing period payment is confirmed |
| Buyout | After you download the Skill Package |
You are eligible regardless of whether you have since requested a refund.
You may submit one review per Agent. If you have purchased or subscribed to the same Agent multiple times, you still have one review. You can edit your existing review at any time.
2. Rating
Ratings use a 1 to 5 star scale, with 5 being the highest. There is one overall rating dimension.
An Agent’s displayed rating is the average of all submitted ratings for that Agent, rounded to one decimal place (for example, 4.7). The number of ratings is shown alongside the score.
An Agent’s overall rating is shown only after it receives enough ratings. Until then, existing ratings and written reviews remain visible.
3. What Makes a Good Review
The most useful reviews help other users decide whether an Agent is right for them. We encourage:
- Honest experience accounts — describe what you actually tried to do and what happened, with specific reasoning for your rating
- Functional feedback — reports of bugs, errors, or unexpected behavior, which may also prompt a Publisher response
- Substantive comparisons — analysis of how the Agent performs relative to its stated purpose or description
- Suggestions — constructive ideas for improvement
4. Content Standards
Reviews must meet the following standards:
- Relevance — your review must be about your experience using the Agent. Off-topic content, general commentary unrelated to the Agent, and reviews that describe a different product will not be displayed.
- Authenticity — your review must reflect your genuine opinion. The rating and the written content must be consistent with each other.
- Clarity — your review must be comprehensible. Repetitive text, content copied from other sources, and filler that adds no informational value are not accepted.
- Civility — reviews may be critical. They may not be abusive, contain personal attacks on the Publisher or other users, use profanity, or include content designed to harass.
- Accuracy — do not make claims you cannot support. Reviews containing knowingly false statements of fact may be removed.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following are not permitted under any circumstances:
- Paid or incentivized reviews — submitting, soliciting, or coordinating reviews in exchange for payment, discounts, gifts, or any other benefit
- Coordinated negative campaigns — organizing or participating in efforts to artificially lower an Agent’s rating
- Self-promotion — Publishers may not submit reviews of their own Agents, or arrange for associates to do so
- Review trading — exchanging positive reviews with other Publishers
- Off-platform solicitation — including links, contact information, or calls to action directing users away from the Platform
- Advertising — using a review to promote another product or service
Publishers who induce, request, or otherwise attempt to manipulate user reviews — including by offering benefits in exchange for positive reviews inside or outside the Agent — are in violation of the Publisher Agreement and may face enforcement action.
6. Reviews After a Refund
Receiving a refund does not disqualify you from leaving or retaining a review. If you have been refunded for a purchase and have left a review, your review will be displayed with a label indicating that you have received a refund for that Agent. The content of your review is not affected.
7. Publisher Responses
Publishers may respond to your review publicly. A Publisher response is visible on the Agent’s listing page alongside your review. Publisher responses are final once submitted and cannot be modified.
Publisher responses must comply with these Guidelines. Responses that are abusive, unresponsive to your review, or contain promotional content may be removed.
8. Moderation
We do not routinely pre-moderate reviews before publication. Reviews that are reported by a Publisher or flagged by our systems may be reviewed by our team. We may hide or remove a review that violates these Guidelines.
We do not remove reviews solely because a Publisher disagrees with the rating or content. A negative review is not a violation of these Guidelines.
9. Editing and Removing Your Review
You may edit your review — including your rating — at any time from the Agent’s listing page or your account history. Editing a review replaces the previous version, and the revision date is updated accordingly.
You may delete your review at any time. Deletion removes both the written content and the rating from the Agent’s score.
10. Contact
If you believe a review violates these Guidelines and wish to report it, you can use the report function on the Agent’s listing page or contact us at [email protected].
