Long Video to Shorts helps you turn spoken content into captioned vertical clips for Shorts, Reels and TikTok. It identifies clip-worthy moments, trims them into focused clips and prepares bold captions you can quickly correct before exporting an MP4.
Keep control of your files and your final edit. Video, audio and speech-to-text processing stay on your Windows PC. AI selection uses your own LLM provider account, with necessary transcript, timing and semantic context sent to that provider. Your provider's token charges are separate from the one-time product purchase.
Extract the download, run setup.bat once, then open start_product9.bat. Enter your provider details and your key at the hidden local prompt, choose a video and let the workflow prepare clips. Correct caption text, timing, splits or merges when needed, review the framing and export a ready-to-post vertical MP4.
Designed for creators repurposing Chinese spoken videos. The standard launcher uses Chinese transcription and a default Safe vertical layout. Results depend on the source: some videos may produce no suitable short. Review every result before publishing.
Windows x64 only. Requires Python 3.10 x64, FFmpeg/ffprobe, a first-time dependency/model download and a supported LLM API account. This is a local Download product with your own key and separate provider fees.
