How it works

The repository is scanned as source; its code is not installed or executed. Private repositories use your existing local Git credentials—no GitHub token is requested or embedded.

Privacy

Repository-derived summaries and selected source excerpts may be processed by your configured assistant model and Jev provider. The repository itself is not uploaded to Capafy. Only use repositories you’re authorized to share with those services.

Requirements

Node.js 20+, Git, and Chrome/Chromium/Edge. ffmpeg is needed for MP4 rendering.
