Football Match Preview: Premier League & 11 more
Who is in better form, and the numbers behind it
Type two clubs. Get back what they have actually done lately: results, how much they win or lose by, how they do at home and away, where they sit in the table, how their recent meetings went, and how much rest each side has had. Every factor sits next to its number, and the reading says which side the data leans to and how many factors agree.
What it looks like
Two real cards for the Premier League on Saturday 17 October 2026, kickoff in UK time: Everton vs Chelsea reads Too close to call; Manchester City vs Ipswich Town reads Clear advantage. Each bar points to the side that factor favours.
Leagues
Premier League, Championship, LaLiga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, Eredivisie, Primeira Liga, Scottish Premiership, MLS, Liga MX, J1 League.
What you get
- One match: the factor table, the reading (Clear advantage / Slight advantage / Too close to call), a 150-250 word preview you can post, and a 1080x1350 card
- A whole matchday: every fixture in one table with its reading, a card for each, and the two or three games worth reading in full
- Kickoff times in your own time zone
- What the data does not cover (injuries, suspensions, line-ups), stated every time
How the reading is made
Six factors, each weighed: recent form and scoring margin carry the most, then the table and the home/away record, then recent meetings and days of rest. A factor with no data is left out and the notes say so.
What it does not do
- It reads form. It never forecasts a score and never turns the reading into a percentage. Upsets happen, and every card says so.
- It is for following and talking about football, and declines requests about putting money on results.
- No club badges or logos: names and club colours only.
