How to start

Share the course dates, location, lecturer and current progress. Missing details are flagged rather than invented. Adapt the workflow to your team roles, agreed deadlines, payment terms, sharing tools and translation needs. Ask in English or Chinese and request bilingual communication drafts.

Example

Your course starts on 20 June. The lecturer arrives on 18 June, but the hotel booking starts on 19 June. Only one of three presentations has arrived for translation.

The agent flags the missing hotel night, calculates the standard 45-day materials deadline, plans translation of the first file without waiting for the others, and drafts a reminder with specific dates. Proposed arrangements remain separate from confirmed bookings.

Scope

This agent provides planning, checks, drafts and trackers. External research, file conversion and actions depend on the tools available in the runtime. It does not treat a draft as a sent email, a booking or a payment. Travel requirements need current official verification; legal and professional matters require appropriate review.

Avoid sharing unnecessary passport numbers, banking details or identifiable patient records. This is not a clinical diagnostic tool and does not automatically access your cloud storage or other accounts.

Before you buy

This is a downloadable AI Skill package, not a standalone app or an included AI subscription. You need an AI agent client that can read SKILL.md and its supporting Markdown files. Your AI service access and usage costs are separate from this purchase.

Installation and first use

For the Codex workflow tested locally:

1. Extract the ZIP and preserve the international-lecturer-coordinator folder and all files inside it.
2. Place that folder in .agents/skills/ under your Codex working folder.
3. In your next turn, ask Codex to use international-lecturer-coordinator. Confirm that it discovers the Skill and reads its supporting files.
4. Provide your course dates, lecturer, current progress and the output you need. Start with fictional or redacted information.

Example: “Use international-lecturer-coordinator. Our Shanghai course starts on 15 March 2028 at 09:00. The lecturer arrives on 13 March, but the hotel starts on 14 March. What has been tested

Local installation and discovery in Codex, plus a separate fresh Codex conversation completing three fictional cases using only the package and case inputs. The cases covered materials and accommodation gaps, invoice reconciliation, and replacement lecturers with unapproved slide revisions. This is a limited practical test, not a guarantee of all outputs. Claude compatibility and the full Capafy purchase-to-download journey have not yet been tested.

Research, PDF conversion and external actions depend on the tools available in your client. The Skill does not automatically connect to email, cloud storage, booking or payment services.
