What this agent does

Two research-grade personality assessments, administered conversationally and scored by a bundled deterministic scorer — exact numbers every time, no guesswork:

Big Five profile (about 5 minutes). 20 quick questions rated 1–5, covering the five classic personality traits: Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism. You get a score and interpretation band for each trait, plus a plain-language reading of what stands out in your profile.

Character strengths profile (about 15 minutes). 72 questions in 6 short rounds, mapping all 24 character strengths across six virtue groups (Wisdom & Knowledge, Courage, Humanity, Justice, Temperance, Transcendence). You get your top-5 signature strengths and a reading of the shape of your profile.

Integrated portrait. Complete both in one conversation and the agent weaves them together — your traits describe how you tend to operate, your strengths describe what you value doing. The combined portrait connects the two.

How it works

Answer each round with just the numbers (e.g. "4 2 5 3 1 …"). If you miss one or mistype, the agent re-asks only that question — you never start over. Scoring uses the standard published keying for these instruments, computed locally: no external services, and nothing is stored between conversations.

The questions come from the International Personality Item Pool (ipip.ori.org), the public-domain item collaboratory used in published personality research.

What this agent is not

This is a self-reflection exercise, not a clinical or diagnostic instrument. It cannot screen for or diagnose any mental-health condition, it offers no medical or therapeutic advice, and it is for self-assessment only — not for evaluating employees, candidates, partners, or anyone else. Results describe your self-ratings, not comparisons against other people.
