Delivery, language and host scope

This is a readable method-file download, not a hosted analysis service. Some instructions/references are Chinese or mixed Chinese/English. Prior native validation covers Codex on Windows; other hosts remain unverified. Use your host's supported file/import procedure; no universal installer is included. No lifetime updates, SLA, business-result guarantee, prompt secrecy or per-local-call charging is promised. Your agent/model's own charges and terms are separate.
